28. Testimonies First I want to say that Kaizen was an experience. At the beginning, I was a little hesitant about cleaning. The auto-tubing machine was a wreck. There was so much red ink and grease on everything and the build up over the years was tremendous. Without the team, one person could not have done it alone. I feel better working in a more clean area. I always have taken pride in the quality of the work I put out. Now it makes me want to do even better. I’ll do my best to keep the work area clean. Mary Jenkins You have to work every day and it really makes you feel better when you work in a place that clean. Our area was really dirty, but now after the cleaning of Kaizen, it really looks great. It makes you feel good inside. It makes you want to work, knowing it is clean. It makes you appreciate your department. I can not wait to see how beautiful this place will be when the Kaizen is finished. I hope will it is all done, everyone will help keep it clean and neat Virginia Haines
