2. HOW CAN WE GET MORE KIDS TO
PARTICIPATE IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES?
Did you know that in order to maintain good health, you need to have at
least 1 hour of physical activity per day? Most kids in Canada and the
U.S. do not get this daily and childhood obesity is increasing rapidly. Now
the question remains, how will we stop this from happening? From a
brisk walk through the park to a quick game of soccer, it‟s easy to
maintain. Dif ferent sor ts of activities will per tain to dif ferent kids with
other interests. Some possible ways you can help your self would be to:

Those are just a few ways to get more active, although there are many
more. Living a healthy lifestyle will benefit you in many more ways than
just having a healthy body, so it‟s a good motivation to get star ted!
