2. Ingredients 2 lemons ½ cup sugar ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 cups half-and-half Pinch of salt

3. Zest the 2 lemons into a food processor.

6. Squeeze ½ cup of lemon juice.

7. Add the ½ cup of lemon juice and blend until sugar is completely dissolved.

8. Blend in 2 cups half-and-half and pinch of salt until smooth.

10. Freeze mixture in Ice Cream Maker.
