Your password is initially
assigned to you by the
IST department. If you
have trouble logging into
the databases, you can
usually solve the
problem by changing
your password.
3. How to change your password
Log into your MyBC
account, and click on the
link for your My Account
Information page.
4. Support!
Fill out the necessary
information in the
“How can I reset my
password” area.
Answer the security
question. This should
let you change your
password. If you have
any problems, click on
the “Support” tab at
the top of the screen
to ask the IST
department for help.
6. Fill out the form.
For problems with
the library login,
change the Category
to Library Login. Fill
out the rest of the
form, and the IST
department will help
as soon as possible.
They will send an
email when they
have information for
you.
7. Final Words
Changing the password usually solves a login issue.
