Gracia” and “la Rambla”; go through “Las Ramblas”, “Barrio Gótico” and “la Diagonal” to enjoy first quality food, you’ll find some

This old mansion, you prevail in a country atmosphere just 40 minutes from Barcelona.
Capacity of lodging up to 14 people. La Masia (Spanish word meaning old mansion) will
prevail in a country atmosphere with all the comfort and luxury you are looking for.
This former mansion has 7 each different spacious suites.
Each room has its own bathroom, mini bar, safe, TV and DVD.
During the day, it is good to bask in the pool and the evening, enjoy the moonlight, a
proper Turkish bath, sauna or jacuzzi.
The beautiful beaches of Sitges are just a few minutes, and of course Barcelona, one of
the most popular cities in Europe, just 40 minutes by car or train.

500 m2 minimalist house built on a plot of 700 m2,
located in the prestigious urbanization “La Levantina” in
Sitges, Barcelona.
It’s distributed in four floors and it has got a lift.

sharp contrasts between the glitzy high-roller beach resorts of the Costa Smeralda and the
wild mountain landscapes and sheep farms of the rugged interior are only part of the
island’s infinite variety. Porto Cervo, built to simulate a fishing village, is the center for high-
end travelers and those who like to be where the “beautiful” people go, its shops filled with
designer wear and its harbor with sleek yachts. Smaller Baia Sardinia is less flashy, with
small shops and cafes on the waterfront, good beaches and a coastal walk to small beaches
secluded among huge weather-worn boulders. It is worth renting a car to explore the

This magnificient villa is located on the hills
behind the coast.
The villa is detached on 2 levels :
On the ground floor: 3 double bedrooms,

Each room has its own private bathroom. fireplace

The house is located in La Mendula, between Porto Cervo Arzachena and
Abbiadori, in an area of granite hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation.
The location is very quiet and reserved. The sea is the nearest the Gulf of
Arzachena and the beaches at Cannigione Cala dei Ginepri is about 3 km.
The villa is very beautiful and very well finished, with granite exterior, interior
surfaces and rounded plaster natural, lintels and arches juniper, handmade
furniture in juniper natural. Very beautiful outdoor area near the pool: under a
roof, supported by 2 standing stones of granite, are placed sofas and armchairs,
