Need to go to SchoneStory of an industrial designer.refinr and refine.... reach some point and know they are done.THen show a paper. ID make something like this.
This is what I (industrial designer?) do... this is what ID handle (pape) this is widly different...KEY PROBLEM: People are building thins before what they know what theyknow they should be building.
But, interaction designers have hard time having this conversation with material because of the immateriality of the material.Interaction designers lost how to interact with materials, like other designers
Understand this monkey tribe :0Tool to normalize (to help them to do “natural” design process (conversation with material) like other designers
Rationale: We really want to know how ID work. becuase they are different from other designers.*** Rationale for why participatory design (in relation to conversation with material, poor ID designers… etc)
Maybe two Findings: ones that are most surprising...Leave it in a list but pull out in detail something more interesting. (inthe findings)Findings: Examples, context. body.... pick up one or two. Talk about howthat goes back to conversation iwht material. No good tools to capture movement...I can't sit and play with movement really easily now.multiple version... less interesting. keep in the list but... detail:capturingmovment...

Scope of the tool: ? seems to wonder off.How can designers have this co-creative space? boundary object...Keep relating back to conversation with material. Not that designers are programming...Key problem: People are building thins before what they know what theyknow they should be building.
