There are so many new hires in two critical positions in town
management, tese are well over due in filling.
Its been said about me that children and Dogs love me. Our youth
is a very vital area this can be done working with our current park
and recreation dept to add and improve programs for not only
the younger people but all of Pineville
Thay will be determined by what can be done to improve and
expand our relationship with current Pineville business and make
Pineville a more business friendlt community.
Bring current busness leaders together to improve our town,I do
not think that goverment can do it without those that create the
jobs and growth opportunities.
We have an excellent Police dept. they will be worked very
closely to reach out to our town of Pineville with a more helpfull
plan of action.

business and resident friendly.
The Pineville budget process is very important,I have been
involved in making and working with multi million dollar budet
planning for over 30 years.Until I get more information after my
election as Mayor those decisions can be made ,when all
information is then available to me.
To serve the voters and do what is the best for Pineville and all
who live and work here.
I 'm not sure where Pineville and its goverment would fill that
need.
Growth,better than when I started,people will say that I
listened, was fair and most of all honest to all.
Thank you for allowing me to share.I am not a polititcian but a
busness man who can add and bring much needed experience to
my home of Pineville.

I am very involved with schools in Mecklenburg County
particularily Pineville. I attend many sports and youth programs.
I recently worked with a young man in Pineville to put together
his passion for history of Cone Mills in Pineville.
The economy is not directly affected by what we do except we
have kept all personel through the recent downturn so our
employees were able to continue their lifestyle and in that way
have a positive affect on the economy.
Our community is a place businesses want to be and residents
want to live. We receive inquiries everyday about locating in
Pineville. Our task is to keep that going which means responsible
governing with affordable amentiies.
We have a 50+ employee staff Police Department. Safety of our

community is upper most in our minds making sure our citizens
are protected and feel safe residing and moving about in our
town.
We have projects coming back on now as the economy is
improving. Housing has been important as we have grown from
700 single family homes in 1995 to several thousand now in
quality neighborhoods that are appealing to everyone now and
will be well in the future.
Our local budget is set each year on July 1. We are fiscally
conservative with emphasis on providing amenties and services
to our community at a fair and equitable tax rate.
To serve the citizens and businesses within the limits with quality
services. Leadership is main role of government ensuring
employees have the tools to perform the responsibilities of their
position and citizens needs are being served.
CMS needs to know as much as possible about the communities
they serve. There are resouces availableto schools through
governing bodies to help meet the educational needs of the
students. By partnering with the community leaders resources
can be provided that otherwise might go unused..
Continuing the productive operation of each department
enabling our town to meet its potential. During the past several
months we have made tremendous strides in enabling each
department to function efficiently and smoothly. Continuing that
process will be a satisfying accomplishment and affirm
government can operate very smoothly and cost effective.
