At our foundation you have the benefit of our partners;
Ken Mair – Business Strategist - 35 years experience, 10 working in a small
business, 10 working in a Fortune 500 company, 15 as an entrepreneur. An expert
in sales and marketing strategy.
Fred Creasey – Financial Strategist – 35 years experience including a Major
Accounting Firm, Coopers and Lybrand and as CFO of an International Media
conglomerate. He also has seven years small business experience. Fred is both a
Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.
We work with several associates who we may call on to assist based on your
unique requirements.

We offer everyone a “one hour” free consultation. The “
” are simply because we never watch the clock.
Bottom line is….. first meeting is free.
After the first meeting;
If we are certain we can help we’ll tell you how and how much it
will cost.
If we’re not sure or are certain we can’t help, we’ll tell you why.
We’ll also introduce you to anyone we know who might be able
to assist.

10. The 180 Triple Play – Our Fees
Fees are always quoted on a project basis. As a base line our fees typically
follow the following guidelines;
Seminars – Individual half day seminars are $795.00 and include up to five
attendees. Book all three for $1995.00
G.O.S.T. Planning – Building a tactical plan is always quoted based on the project
scope. Plans can range from $7,500.00 – 25,000.00 depending on complexity and
if detailed financial projections are required.
Executive Mentoring Services – are retainer based and quoted on an hourly basis.
Contract Executive Services – are retainer based and quoted on a daily, weekly or
monthly basis.
Our fees are always quoted in advance and fixed price means fixed
price. No surprises.
