 The program is offered as part of Kaivalyadhama Yogic
Hospital & Health Care Centre
 3 weeks residential program consist of:
 Use of Yoga science - asanas, meditation, yoga Nidra,
chanting and pranayama
 Detoxification through Naturopathy – diet, herbs, oils,
mud baths, massages etc.
 Education
 Pricing depends on the room chosen - $1200 to $1850
all inclusive

4. Daily Schedule
 6:45-8:15 – Yoga – Asana/Pranayama
 8:30 – Breakfast
 10:00-11:30 – Cleansing and rejuvenating treatments
 12:00-12:30 – Pranayama/Meditation
 12:30 – Lunch
 3:00-4:30 –Lectures/Group Activity
 5:00 - 6:15 – Yoga Nidra
 6:30 – Dinner
 8:15-9:00 – Meditation/Chanting

5. Why Residential?
 It is very difficult to change our habits
 3 weeks allow patients to:
 make changes
 experience the benefits
 integrate the protocol to continue after coming back
home

6. Who Is the Program for?
 We aim specifically to help patients of all types of cancer, who
underwent allopathic chemotherapy and/or radiation treatments in
last 10 years
 To change or turn around their lives
 To move them from victimhood to empowerment
 To give them back the spark in the eye and the spring in the step
 We also encourage caregivers to experience the program with their
loved ones so that they know how to support patients at home.

 To date we had patients from:

 Type of cancers:
 colon cancer,
 breast cancer
 breast cancer with metastasis to liver
 Hodgkins lymphoma
 colorectal cancer
 ovarian cancer
 ovarian cancer with metastasis to lung and brain

8. How do we know it works?
 We see changes in their eyes and on their faces and…
 We measure on 1st day, last day and 3 months later:
 Psychological changes (WHO QoL, POMS and HADS)
 Physiological changes as BP, heart rate, improvements in
performing asanas
 Bio-chemical changes – standard blood tests, liver and
kidney tests
 Our research shows outstanding improvements which
are sustained even after 3 months.
