well. If your Kindle freezes up, relax and take a breath. Try these things before you call Kindle

•Try a soft reset-Press the Alt-Shift-R keys at the same time.
•Try a hard reset-Take the cover off the back, insert a paperclip into the small hole, and hold
for 10 seconds.
You may need to try these two things again with the Kindle plugged into its charger if it doesn't
work.
