Who we are:
Bio Clean Energy is a biodiesel producer in Brazil focused utilizing renewable energy sources with a minimal
impact to the environment. The Company is currently not operating.
Araraquara Plant – SP:
- Our plant is located inAraraquara-SP, has 30,000 m2
of area and 10,000 m2 of constructed area.The plant was built
to international standards, and the production capacity for
biodiesel is 32.5 million gallons per year. The Company has
approval to sell in the Brazilian market 18.5 million gallons per year.
The Company plans to obtain approvals in the near future to
increase its authorized capacity in Brazil for 32.5 million gallons
per year.

•Base and foundation has been built for an additional 160,000 gallon tank.
•The Company also has two water tanks with a total capacity of 150,000 gallons.

3. The Company
Luis Eduardo Magalhães Plant – BA:
- The Company has obtained the necessary environmental approvals
to begin construction from the State of Bahia for a second plant. The
facility will be located on the Company´s 247 acre property. The
property has been designated as an industrial property by the city.
The property has recently been appraised by two separate appraisal
firms at approximately BR $10,000,000
The government has commenced construction of a railroad that
will be completed in 2016 that will provide access to the Santos
Port from a location 80 kilometers in distance from Luis Eduardo
Magalhães.
This region of Brazil is one of richest agricultural areas in the
country allowingfor two harvest per year

Diesel:
 Demand of 45.8 billion liters; a CAGR of 3% since
2000
 Imports: 12% of consumption since 2004,
Government trying to reduce the imports necessity
 Average Distributor price - BR$1.95 per liter, the
majority of the demand comes from transportation
industry (trucks). Brazil has a strong dependency on
highway transportation
Biodiesel:
 Yearly mandatory demand of 3.5 billion liters based
on B7 (7% of biodiesel added to diesel).
