Irn-Bru Poster Advertisment

This advertisement is a advertising poster for the irn-bru drink. From this advertising poster I can identify different techniques
which have been used to create this poster. The first thing is the colours used. For this design it is quite basic however the colours
used represent the packaging of irn-bru. The main colours used are orange and blue however there is also a picture which is in
black and white rather than colour. The design of this poster is quite simple however it is effective. Other techniques used is the
image. The photograph used is of an old man sat down with his dogs. The image used is in black and white and gives the effect
that it is quite old. To the audience this will give the impression that the drink has been around for quite a while. The image used
also connects with the copy used. The text which has been used is a humorous saying which links with the image. I think that a
humorous saying will appeal to the audience as they will find it funny and remember the advertisement. However the copy used
includes a swear word which wouldn’t appeal to the younger ages of the audience such as children. The swear word links with the
image and as female dogs are represented as ‘bitches’. The font which has been used within this advert is the same font which has
been used throughout the different irn-bru advertisements. The font is not very formal and gives the representation of someone's
handwriting. Many of irn-bru advertisements use the same fonts, colours and techniques as communicating humour through to
the audience. This straight forward design will interest the audience from the image and the quote used on the advert. An image
of a can of irn bru is shown at the bottom of the poster I think that this is an effective way for the audience to remember the
advertisement and what the advertisement was for so that the audience will buy it when they see it in a shop.
Irn-Bru Poster Advertisment

This is a irn bru poster advertisement similar to the other posters as the same theme is carried throughout the advertisements for
irn bru. I think that this advert will catch the attention of people who have a sense of humour. The poster is split up into 2 sections
the image and the text. When looking at this advertisement the audience wouldn’t get the impression that this was an
advertisement for a drink because the image doesn’t show this as the image is irrelevant to the drink. The image of the animal is
very small and cute. I think that this is a method used to gain attention from the audience. As seeing a cute chick the audience will
automatically show interest. I think that this advert is very unexpected. The image shows something unexpected and then when
the audience moves over from the image to the text the meaning of the advert will be more clear. I think that this advert is aimed
at people with a sense of humour as there is a funny joke which has been included. The text states a funny quote and underneath
is an image of the can of irn bru. The design is simple yet will be effective towards the audience as it is memorable and funny. I
think the fact that the image is in black and white and then the text is in orange and blue stands out. Although the design is very
basic it will amuse the audience as it is different to current energy drink advertisements. Most soft drink advert posters include a
large image of the drink or show people drinking it. However this is very different to current soft drink advertisements.
Irn-Bru Website Banner

This is a irn bru website banner which is on the website advertising for the drink. The techniques which have been used
to advertise for the audience includes the different colours used, the colours of the website fit very well with the
design for the irn bru can. The colours which are used include orange blue, and white. The colours that appear on the
website and the can are very bold and striking. As well as the colours being bold they also contrast each other as
orange is a bright colour and blue is a dark colour. This stands out to the audience. The colour orange has been used as
the drink is orange. I also think that the blue and white is to represent Scotland as irn-bru is the most popular soft drink
in Scotland so this is the audience. The font used is a very bold, and basic sans serif font. The font stands out as it is in
white on a blue background. On this banner on the left side there is an image of 2 cans with the slogan ‘gets your
through’ when the audience read this it will read ‘irn bru gets your through’. This slogan is very catchy and allows the
audience to identify what the drink does. By including images of the cans and having a small slogan this will allow the
audience to remember what the can looks like when they are wanting to buy it. The layout of this website banner is
very
basic
the
design
is
simple
and
can
be
read
by
the
audience.
Irn-Bru TV Advertisement
This is a TV advertisement for irn-bru. This
advertisement is a Christmas special and will be
broadcasted on TV around the Christmas period.
The advert is a remake of the TV programme the
snowman however it has been developed into a
advertisement for the irn-bru drink. I have shown
6 different parts from the advertisement in these
screen shots. The first part of the advert shows
the small boy drink a can of irn-bru. After
drinking this the small boy and the snowman
start flying in the air similar to the original clip of
the snowman.
During the clip the snowman takes the drink of
the small boy and lets go of his arm the snowman
then starts drinking it. At the end of the advert it
zooms out where the boy lands in snow. It then
says ‘merry Christmas’ with the irn-bru can above
it. I think that irn bru have decided to base the
idea of the snowman as it will gain attention from
the audience. As well as changing the actions of
the snowman the song has also been changed
including words and phrases to promote the irnbru drink. I think that irn-bru have chosen the
snowman because it is a good theme to have
across winter. The advertisement is appealing for
all ages from young children to older adults this
will increase the sales in the energy drink as the
snowman is well recognized and linking the idea
that the snowman has drank irn-bru gives the
impression to the audience that that’s what
happens
if
you
drink
the
drink.
Irn-Bru Packaging

This shows the packaging for a can of irn-bru 32. An energy drink
version of the original irn-bru soft drink. From the image of the
packaging I can identity different techniques which has been used
to interest the audience into this new energy drink. One of the first
methods used is the name of the new energy drink. The new
energy drink has been named irn-bru 32. This is because there is 32
ingredients within the irn-bru recipe for the new energy drink. As
there is 32 ingredients used the energy drink. It has been used
within the title of the energy drink as it rhymes with irn-bru. This is
a catchy saying which will be used for the audience as a rhyme as it
is memorable and catchy. Another technique which has been used
is the font of the 32. It is in a different font to the name of the
drink and it stands out as it is bold. The colours of the can are the
colours used for the other irn-bru advertisements which is blue and
orange. Another technique which has been used on the packaging
is the text used. ‘great tasting stimulation’ this text is very
persuasive from the language which has been used. This slogan is
very catchy and uses 3 simple words to describe the energy drink.
‘great tasting stimulation’ represents that the drink tastes great
and is also a great stimulation for energy. I think that the audience
for the irn bru 32 energy drink is boys and girls between the ages
of 16-30. This is because they may drink the drink for energy if they
are taking in sport or other activities.
Energy Drink Poster Advertisement – Red Bull

This poster advertisement is an advert for Red Bull. This poster uses many different techniques to advertise to the audience. Some
of the methods use include the layout of the poster. The poster is split into just 2 sections including the image and the image of
the can of red bull. The advertisement just shows an image of a man and the can of red bull. Using this technique is a very creative
method as it allows the audience to use their imagination and create a scenario or story just from looking at this image. Doing this
also allows the audience to create an impression of the advertisement. As the image is in black and white, it makes the image
look quite dull however in the bottom corner of the image there is a photo of the can. By having the main image and the
background quite dark makes the image of the can stand out. So when the audience are looking at advertisement they will know
which brand this advert is for. Another technique which has been used in this image is the fact that an older subject has been used
as the main focus in the advertisement. Using an older person shows that anyone can drink the energy drink from young ages to
old ages. Within this advert humour has also been used. As well as surrealism. Using an old man on a bike and just riding on the
back wheel suggests an unrealistic event however when looking at the advertisement it is quite funny and appeals to young and
older ages. The aim of this advertisement is to give the impression to the audience that when you drink red bull you can achieve
anything. Even though this is a simple design it is very successful and effective because the audience will be persuaded that it is a
good energy drink. This poster advertisement is very similar to the irn bru advert as it uses a black and white theme however text
is not used on this poster. I think that if this advert could be improved text could be used. If the name of Red Bull and a small
slogan was added to the design I think that this advertisement would be appropriate and would inform the audience what the
energy drink is. I think that the audience for this design is boys and girls between the ages of 16-40 years old this is because
between these ages these people are more likely to drink the energy drink.
Energy Drink Poster Advertisement –Monster

This advertisement for the monster energy can has used many
different techniques to persuade the audience to buy the energy
drink. The first which I notice is the colours used. The colours used
are very contrasted and bright and include the colours green and
black I think that these colours used stand out a lot which will grab
attention from the audience to the energy drink. Another technique
which has been used is the layout. The logo of the monster energy
drink is at the top of the poster. Underneath is images of the cans.
The 3 cans are set in a layout which makes them look 3d. I also think
that the title on the poster is in a font which advertises the energy
drink brand well as the font which is used describes the word
‘monster’. I think that this advertisement is more aimed at boys then
girls because of a number of reasons. These include the colours used
as the colours are green and black these colours are particularly
aimed at boys so I think that this advertisement is more aimed at the
male gender. Another technique which has been used is the green
patterned design behind the cans. The neon pattern is made to look
like the liquid of what's inside the monster energy can. Even though it
is just an energy drink using this method of showing a powerful liquid
will give the impression to the audience that the energy drink will
give you energy like a monster. I think the fact that the name of the
energy drink is monster gives the impression to the audience that the
energy drink is very powerful and can effect the body. I think that this
advertisement could be improved by adding more images and text.
Including an image of a monster or someone drinking the can would
persuade the audience to try the energy drink I think. I also think that
the energy drink could be improved to make it suitable for girls as
well as boys. Maybe improving the colour scheme by adding more
colours would suit for a female audience aswell as male.
Energy Drink Poster Advertisement –Rockstar

This is an advertisement which advertises the energy drink rock star. This billboard poster has quite a straight forward
design and layout. The poster is spilt into 3 different sections including the background, the image and the title and
slogan of the energy drink. I think that this advertisement is a very basic layout. However I think that the technique
which has been used of advertising the can is quite a good method as it is very memorable and people will remember
the design of the can. This advertisement appeals to both men and women from the design. The poster includes 3
energy drinks which are all made by rock star. The energy drinks include rock star juiced, rock star energy and rock star
sugar free. All these 3 energy drinks are made for both women and men. I think that they have all been shown on this
advertisement poster to show that rock star have a range of different energy drinks available. I think the colours which
have been used are suitable for the target audience as they are both relevant for females and males. The background is
a dark red which stands out and catches attention. The cans are then in contrasted colours including white and orange
and also black. When looking at this poster the cans are the first thing which grab the audiences attention. Another
technique which has been used is the text. The rock star font is in a sans serif font which is bold and in a yellow colour
which stands out from the background. The A in rockstar has been changed to an A which fits in with the name of the
energy drink. I think that this is a straightforward memorable design. The title is catchy and short. I think the poster
could be improved by adding an image of a rockstar as this would give a better impression to the audience. I also think
the poster could be improved by being in a shape of a star this would make the advertisement look much more
interesting and unique. I think that the audience for this advertisement poster is both females and males aged between
16+as the design is aimed at a younger audience from the colours and the layout which has been used.
Energy Drink TV Advertisement – Relentless
These screenshots are taken from a relentless
music video. I have taken screen shots from 6
different parts from the music video. The first 3
shots show 3 different music artists and singers
drinking the energy drink before they perform. The
last 3 clips show the effect the energy drink has
had. By showing the effects of what the energy
drink has had on the performers it shows how
energetic they was when they performed on stage.
The aim of the this advertisement is to persuade
the audience to buy the energy drink the other aim
is to change what people think about the energy
drink. I think that this advert gives a positive
impression about the energy drink. By using real
life singers and artists in the advertisement makes
the audience much more interested. This
advertisement has used many techniques to grab
the audiences attention. By using relevant music
the advertisement this will also intrigue the
audience. Another technique which this
advertisement has used is the order of which it has
been shown. First of all it shows the can being
drunk by the artists after that it shows the effect
what the drink can have and in the final part it
shows what the drink is called. I think this method
is useful as it interests people before telling them
what it is. I think that the audience for this drink is
males aged 18+ as the artists used are all males
and I think the drink will be consumed mostly by
people who are 18+ I think that the advertisement
could be improved by including female artists
aswell as males. This shows that the energy drink is
also aimed at girls as well as boys.
Energy Drink Packaging –Rockstar
This is just one flavor of a range of rockstar energy drinks. The main
feature of the packaging is the colours used. The main colour of this can is
black however there is also the colour orange on the can. I think its
interesting that the colour of the can reflects with the flavour of the drink
for example the flavour of the drink is tropical orange and so the can of
the energy drink is a bright orange tropical colour. I think this is useful as
it is clear to the audience what flavour the drink is. Another feature which
is very interesting is the huge star on the front of the can this indicates
that it is special and it is important. There is a lot of features on the
energy drink can including the text. The main focus is the title and the
slogan underneath the title which says ‘performance energy’ this two
words sum up what the can does. Two powerful and strong words which
is made to tell the audience what the can does. Another interesting
feature of the design is that it includes the ingredients of what it is in the
energy drink. At the top of the can there is a strip of ingredients and
underneath it always says b- vitamins and high caffeine I think that using
this technique will also interest the audience as they will want to know
what they are drinking. The can is very bright and intense unlike other
energy drinks the design of this can includes a lot of features and content
rather than just a simple design. I think that the audience for this energy
drink is females and males 18+ this is because the design is aimed at both
females and males from the colours, fonts and the features included on it.
I think that it is also aimed at anyone who needs energy when they need
it during a sport or a performance. I think that the design of this can could
be improved by including different colours such are yellow and red as
these are suitable for the flavour as they are also tropical. Another
improvement which I think could be made is the background. As theme is
rockstar I think that the shapes in the background should be small stars
instead of hexagons.

For this design it is quite basic however the colours used represent the packaging of irn-bru. The main colours used are orange and blue however there is also a picture which is in black and white rather than colour. The design of this poster is quite simple however it is effective. Other techniques used is the image. The photograph used is of an old man sat down with his dogs. The image used is in black and white and gives the effect that it is quite old. To the audience this will give the impression that the drink has been around for quite a while. The image used also connects with the copy used. The text which has been used is a humorous saying which links with the image. I think that a humorous saying will appeal to the audience as they will find it funny and remember the advertisement. However the copy used includes a swear word which wouldn’t appeal to the younger ages of the audience such as children. The swear word links with the image and as female dogs are represented as ‘bitches’. The font which has been used within this advert is the same font which has been used throughout the different irn-bru advertisements. The font is not very formal and gives the representation of someone's handwriting. Many of irn-bru advertisements use the same fonts, colours and techniques as communicating humour through to the audience. This straight forward design will interest the audience from the image and the quote used on the advert. An image of a can of irn bru is shown at the bottom of the poster I think that this is an effective way for the audience to remember the advertisement and what the advertisement was for so that the audience will buy it when they see it in a shop.
  • 3. Irn-Bru Poster Advertisment This is a irn bru poster advertisement similar to the other posters as the same theme is carried throughout the advertisements for irn bru. I think that this advert will catch the attention of people who have a sense of humour. The poster is split up into 2 sections the image and the text. When looking at this advertisement the audience wouldn’t get the impression that this was an advertisement for a drink because the image doesn’t show this as the image is irrelevant to the drink. The image of the animal is very small and cute. I think that this is a method used to gain attention from the audience. As seeing a cute chick the audience will automatically show interest. I think that this advert is very unexpected. The image shows something unexpected and then when the audience moves over from the image to the text the meaning of the advert will be more clear. I think that this advert is aimed at people with a sense of humour as there is a funny joke which has been included. The text states a funny quote and underneath is an image of the can of irn bru. The design is simple yet will be effective towards the audience as it is memorable and funny. I think the fact that the image is in black and white and then the text is in orange and blue stands out. Although the design is very basic it will amuse the audience as it is different to current energy drink advertisements. Most soft drink advert posters include a large image of the drink or show people drinking it. However this is very different to current soft drink advertisements.
  • 4. Irn-Bru Website Banner This is a irn bru website banner which is on the website advertising for the drink. The techniques which have been used to advertise for the audience includes the different colours used, the colours of the website fit very well with the design for the irn bru can. The colours which are used include orange blue, and white. The colours that appear on the website and the can are very bold and striking. As well as the colours being bold they also contrast each other as orange is a bright colour and blue is a dark colour. This stands out to the audience. The colour orange has been used as the drink is orange. I also think that the blue and white is to represent Scotland as irn-bru is the most popular soft drink in Scotland so this is the audience. The font used is a very bold, and basic sans serif font. The font stands out as it is in white on a blue background. On this banner on the left side there is an image of 2 cans with the slogan ‘gets your through’ when the audience read this it will read ‘irn bru gets your through’. This slogan is very catchy and allows the audience to identify what the drink does. By including images of the cans and having a small slogan this will allow the audience to remember what the can looks like when they are wanting to buy it. The layout of this website banner is very basic the design is simple and can be read by the audience.
  • 5. Irn-Bru TV Advertisement This is a TV advertisement for irn-bru. This advertisement is a Christmas special and will be broadcasted on TV around the Christmas period. The advert is a remake of the TV programme the snowman however it has been developed into a advertisement for the irn-bru drink. I have shown 6 different parts from the advertisement in these screen shots. The first part of the advert shows the small boy drink a can of irn-bru. After drinking this the small boy and the snowman start flying in the air similar to the original clip of the snowman. During the clip the snowman takes the drink of the small boy and lets go of his arm the snowman then starts drinking it. At the end of the advert it zooms out where the boy lands in snow. It then says ‘merry Christmas’ with the irn-bru can above it. I think that irn bru have decided to base the idea of the snowman as it will gain attention from the audience. As well as changing the actions of the snowman the song has also been changed including words and phrases to promote the irnbru drink. I think that irn-bru have chosen the snowman because it is a good theme to have across winter. The advertisement is appealing for all ages from young children to older adults this will increase the sales in the energy drink as the snowman is well recognized and linking the idea that the snowman has drank irn-bru gives the impression to the audience that that’s what happens if you drink the drink.
  • 6. Irn-Bru Packaging This shows the packaging for a can of irn-bru 32. An energy drink version of the original irn-bru soft drink. From the image of the packaging I can identity different techniques which has been used to interest the audience into this new energy drink. One of the first methods used is the name of the new energy drink. The new energy drink has been named irn-bru 32. This is because there is 32 ingredients within the irn-bru recipe for the new energy drink. As there is 32 ingredients used the energy drink. It has been used within the title of the energy drink as it rhymes with irn-bru. This is a catchy saying which will be used for the audience as a rhyme as it is memorable and catchy. Another technique which has been used is the font of the 32. It is in a different font to the name of the drink and it stands out as it is bold. The colours of the can are the colours used for the other irn-bru advertisements which is blue and orange. Another technique which has been used on the packaging is the text used. ‘great tasting stimulation’ this text is very persuasive from the language which has been used. This slogan is very catchy and uses 3 simple words to describe the energy drink. ‘great tasting stimulation’ represents that the drink tastes great and is also a great stimulation for energy. I think that the audience for the irn bru 32 energy drink is boys and girls between the ages of 16-30. This is because they may drink the drink for energy if they are taking in sport or other activities.
  • 7. Energy Drink Poster Advertisement – Red Bull This poster advertisement is an advert for Red Bull. This poster uses many different techniques to advertise to the audience. Some of the methods use include the layout of the poster. The poster is split into just 2 sections including the image and the image of the can of red bull. The advertisement just shows an image of a man and the can of red bull. Using this technique is a very creative method as it allows the audience to use their imagination and create a scenario or story just from looking at this image. Doing this also allows the audience to create an impression of the advertisement. As the image is in black and white, it makes the image look quite dull however in the bottom corner of the image there is a photo of the can. By having the main image and the background quite dark makes the image of the can stand out. So when the audience are looking at advertisement they will know which brand this advert is for. Another technique which has been used in this image is the fact that an older subject has been used as the main focus in the advertisement. Using an older person shows that anyone can drink the energy drink from young ages to old ages. Within this advert humour has also been used. As well as surrealism. Using an old man on a bike and just riding on the back wheel suggests an unrealistic event however when looking at the advertisement it is quite funny and appeals to young and older ages. The aim of this advertisement is to give the impression to the audience that when you drink red bull you can achieve anything. Even though this is a simple design it is very successful and effective because the audience will be persuaded that it is a good energy drink. This poster advertisement is very similar to the irn bru advert as it uses a black and white theme however text is not used on this poster. I think that if this advert could be improved text could be used. If the name of Red Bull and a small slogan was added to the design I think that this advertisement would be appropriate and would inform the audience what the energy drink is. I think that the audience for this design is boys and girls between the ages of 16-40 years old this is because between these ages these people are more likely to drink the energy drink.
  • 8. Energy Drink Poster Advertisement –Monster This advertisement for the monster energy can has used many different techniques to persuade the audience to buy the energy drink. The first which I notice is the colours used. The colours used are very contrasted and bright and include the colours green and black I think that these colours used stand out a lot which will grab attention from the audience to the energy drink. Another technique which has been used is the layout. The logo of the monster energy drink is at the top of the poster. Underneath is images of the cans. The 3 cans are set in a layout which makes them look 3d. I also think that the title on the poster is in a font which advertises the energy drink brand well as the font which is used describes the word ‘monster’. I think that this advertisement is more aimed at boys then girls because of a number of reasons. These include the colours used as the colours are green and black these colours are particularly aimed at boys so I think that this advertisement is more aimed at the male gender. Another technique which has been used is the green patterned design behind the cans. The neon pattern is made to look like the liquid of what's inside the monster energy can. Even though it is just an energy drink using this method of showing a powerful liquid will give the impression to the audience that the energy drink will give you energy like a monster. I think the fact that the name of the energy drink is monster gives the impression to the audience that the energy drink is very powerful and can effect the body. I think that this advertisement could be improved by adding more images and text. Including an image of a monster or someone drinking the can would persuade the audience to try the energy drink I think. I also think that the energy drink could be improved to make it suitable for girls as well as boys. Maybe improving the colour scheme by adding more colours would suit for a female audience aswell as male.
  • 9. Energy Drink Poster Advertisement –Rockstar This is an advertisement which advertises the energy drink rock star. This billboard poster has quite a straight forward design and layout. The poster is spilt into 3 different sections including the background, the image and the title and slogan of the energy drink. I think that this advertisement is a very basic layout. However I think that the technique which has been used of advertising the can is quite a good method as it is very memorable and people will remember the design of the can. This advertisement appeals to both men and women from the design. The poster includes 3 energy drinks which are all made by rock star. The energy drinks include rock star juiced, rock star energy and rock star sugar free. All these 3 energy drinks are made for both women and men. I think that they have all been shown on this advertisement poster to show that rock star have a range of different energy drinks available. I think the colours which have been used are suitable for the target audience as they are both relevant for females and males. The background is a dark red which stands out and catches attention. The cans are then in contrasted colours including white and orange and also black. When looking at this poster the cans are the first thing which grab the audiences attention. Another technique which has been used is the text. The rock star font is in a sans serif font which is bold and in a yellow colour which stands out from the background. The A in rockstar has been changed to an A which fits in with the name of the energy drink. I think that this is a straightforward memorable design. The title is catchy and short. I think the poster could be improved by adding an image of a rockstar as this would give a better impression to the audience. I also think the poster could be improved by being in a shape of a star this would make the advertisement look much more interesting and unique. I think that the audience for this advertisement poster is both females and males aged between 16+as the design is aimed at a younger audience from the colours and the layout which has been used.
  • 10. Energy Drink TV Advertisement – Relentless These screenshots are taken from a relentless music video. I have taken screen shots from 6 different parts from the music video. The first 3 shots show 3 different music artists and singers drinking the energy drink before they perform. The last 3 clips show the effect the energy drink has had. By showing the effects of what the energy drink has had on the performers it shows how energetic they was when they performed on stage. The aim of the this advertisement is to persuade the audience to buy the energy drink the other aim is to change what people think about the energy drink. I think that this advert gives a positive impression about the energy drink. By using real life singers and artists in the advertisement makes the audience much more interested. This advertisement has used many techniques to grab the audiences attention. By using relevant music the advertisement this will also intrigue the audience. Another technique which this advertisement has used is the order of which it has been shown. First of all it shows the can being drunk by the artists after that it shows the effect what the drink can have and in the final part it shows what the drink is called. I think this method is useful as it interests people before telling them what it is. I think that the audience for this drink is males aged 18+ as the artists used are all males and I think the drink will be consumed mostly by people who are 18+ I think that the advertisement could be improved by including female artists aswell as males. This shows that the energy drink is also aimed at girls as well as boys.
  • 11. Energy Drink Packaging –Rockstar This is just one flavor of a range of rockstar energy drinks. The main feature of the packaging is the colours used. The main colour of this can is black however there is also the colour orange on the can. I think its interesting that the colour of the can reflects with the flavour of the drink for example the flavour of the drink is tropical orange and so the can of the energy drink is a bright orange tropical colour. I think this is useful as it is clear to the audience what flavour the drink is. Another feature which is very interesting is the huge star on the front of the can this indicates that it is special and it is important. There is a lot of features on the energy drink can including the text. The main focus is the title and the slogan underneath the title which says ‘performance energy’ this two words sum up what the can does. Two powerful and strong words which is made to tell the audience what the can does. Another interesting feature of the design is that it includes the ingredients of what it is in the energy drink. At the top of the can there is a strip of ingredients and underneath it always says b- vitamins and high caffeine I think that using this technique will also interest the audience as they will want to know what they are drinking. The can is very bright and intense unlike other energy drinks the design of this can includes a lot of features and content rather than just a simple design. I think that the audience for this energy drink is females and males 18+ this is because the design is aimed at both females and males from the colours, fonts and the features included on it. I think that it is also aimed at anyone who needs energy when they need it during a sport or a performance. I think that the design of this can could be improved by including different colours such are yellow and red as these are suitable for the flavour as they are also tropical. Another improvement which I think could be made is the background. As theme is rockstar I think that the shapes in the background should be small stars instead of hexagons.
