    teaching

Are learning about teaching as well as continuing to learn how to teach.

Are coming to terms with the often challenging cultural milieu of a classroom or school.

Experience personal and professional isolation

Struggle with personal and social identity.

Often have difficulty making the transition from Student teacher to beginning teacher.

Are learning to cope with the itinerant nature of casual teaching.

Find it difficult to build relationships with new sets of students and teachers in a constantly changing
environment.

Discover that establishing rapport in a single day is almost impossible.

Face Disappointment because many school communities do not provide ongoing systematic support.

                            schools for beginning teachers to ask questions,
           Inquiry           could there be live streaming embedded in this
                                                   Ning??
                          Stimulates curiosity by posing challenging questions or
