Prepare That Body
It's hard to walk in cold and give a great presentation. Preparing your body with some simple
moves will help warm you up.
Gently, put your head back and open your mouth, lift your head to the normal position but try to
keep that open throat feeling.
Turn your head left and right and then forward and back. Be gentle. Move your shoulders to relax
them.
Breathe deeply into your stomach. Try to find an opportunity to speak before it's your turn to
present.
