3. Background
Place: Dominican Republic, situated in the
very center of The Caribbean.
Milla (Mission Holder Santo Domingo)
bumped into Cary (President Global
Pioneers), while surfing at Facebook.
That’s how she learned about the awesome
dissem job that The Global Pioneers team
(GP) were doing just a few miles away, in
Haiti. Two seconds, four tenths after that, she
decided that the team MUST come to our
country, so by the end of July preparations
for the largest Dissem Tour in the history of
the Dominican Republic began.
372 emails, 30 phone calls and 2 work
months later, the day so-yearned-for,
August 27th 2009, finally arrived.
The Global Pioneers team arrived, along with
one thousand pounds of books and
unmesurable amounts of purpose and
intention.
5. This seminar was organized by Edison, an over ten-year Scientologist, for his company staff, friends and associates.
It was a whole day event, from 10 AM to 5 PM.
6. In the morning, the attendants receive group processing and are introduced to the human mind and to the Self-
Analysis procedure by Mike and Marisol. After lunch, Ami y Marisol do a demo of the auditing procedure, then twins
are put together and... this is the session!
7. The GP team supervises co-auditing and all attendants learn a very valuable tool, which will help them improve their
memory, their reaction time, their tone level... for the rest of their lives.
8. Cary and David program the events that are still missing. Milla enlightens the attendants about Mission services and
the Seminar is closed with the starts of several co-auditing groups.

This seminar was organized by Roberto, field auditor from Miami, along with Gregorio, the leader of this group. The
Global Pioneers team arrives to the school. Charlie delivers the grou processing at the beginning.
11. Roberto introduces the theory: how the mind works and the basic Self-Analysis procedure. Marty is ready to
distribute the books to attendants. Twins are set up and sessions begin.
12. Attendants of all ages for the first time begin to apply the technology they will use from now on to improve their lives
and the lives of the people around them.
13. Finally...
That Sunday night, Cary and Mike met with
the staff of the Mission and three public
persons to share the products of the Tour so
far and the remaining activities, as well as
outlining the next visit GP to our country.
Mike placed special emphasis on the vital
need for each of us to complete our study of
the Basics, which obtained the full
agreement of the attendants. Daniel thanked
the unprecedented support to our country.
Juan José and Salomón expressed their
determination to be part of the coming
expansion.
