KEynOtE & GEnERal SESSiOnS | the Power of innovation
Wikipedia defines innovation as a change in the thought process for doing something or “new stuff that is made useful”. it may refer to an
incremental emergent or radical and revolutionary changes in thinking, products, processes, or organizations. Cheminnovations is a gather-
ing of chemical process engineers to discuss innovative ways to meet the needs of their core business. our three Keynote sessions will take
you through different aspects of innovation. We will start with three speakers on the first day giving an overview/state of the industry and
how large players foster innovation. on day two we will listen to John lienhard speak about how inventive minds work and highlight some
inventions that have moved the industry forward, and on the last day we will hear from a modern day inventor telling you how he used his
imagination to advance the concrete industry.
