2. Tap “Settings”

3. Second tap “Add
Account…”
First tap “Mail,
Contacts, Calendars”

4. Tap “iCloud”

5. Tap “Get a Free Apple
ID”

6. Scroll the wheels to
select your birthday

7. Enter your first and
last name.

8. Tap “Get a free
iCloud email address”
If you use a current email address,
you will be required to enter a
credit card later in your setup.

9. Enter a username for
the new iCloud email
address.
Write down the new email
address on your Account
Tracker

10. Tap “Create”

11. Type a password into
both boxes. Be sure to
remember this
password

13. Tap the “Question”
box to select a
security question.
Then Tap the
“Answer” box to
enter the answer.
You must enter 3
security questions.
**IMPORTANT**
You must remember
these answers to reset
your password in the
future!

14. You may type a
second email address
here. It can help reset
passwords or retrieve
a forgotten username.

15. You can set these
updates to on or off.

16. Now tap “Agree”

17. Tap “Agree” again

18. When the account is
created you will see
this screen.
**IMPORTANT**
Tap “OK” to allow iCloud to use
the location of the iPad.
This is the only way to locate a
lost iPad!

19. **IMPORTANT**
Again, make sure the
“Find My iPad”
option is enabled
(green)

20. Return to your Home
Screen. Tap “Mail” to
access your new
iCloud email
