LauraE-Z Bridge has steep competition, including such businesses as Big R Bridge, TrueNorth Steel which acquired Roscoe Steel Inc in the past year, and RTI. Each competitor has key resources specific to its business that make it a chief competitor of E-Z Bridge. For instance, Big R Bridge specializes in a diversified product scope including such items as golf course and pedestrian bridges, TrueNorth Steel is known for providing a quality product with fast delivery by owning its own fleet of trucks for transportation, and RTI divides its business within several different industries. However, a major theme that is prominent within most of E-Z Bridge’s competitors is a solid marketing presence, which is mainly based off an updated and easy to understand, state-of-the-art website. After analyzing the competitors, our team has recognized that this quality not only spreads brand awareness to customers, but builds a reliable reputation for the businesses. Our team has therefore taken this insight and applied it to our recommendations that will be explained later on.
