10. Interscholastic Rules of Eligibility
1. Academic Requirement.
2. Attend classes the entire day of a contest or
practice.
3. Signed physical by physician and parent
permit card.
4. Stoughton Area School District’s Code of
Conduct for Athletics/WIAA Athletic
Eligibility Sheet.
5. Pay a user fee of $50 for the first sport &
$25 for every sport thereafter.
6. Have a Medical Emergency Card on file.
