Personal Brand
Who are you, really? What do you do? Does it define you? How do
you want to represent yourself to others? We rarely ask ourselves
                     these questions.

                                                       1. Write down 3 words to describe
yourself (what you are, what you want

                                                       2. Don’t think too hard about it.
                                                       3. Now imagine that these three words

                                                          personal brand.
                                                       4. How do you feel about them now?
                                                          Revise if necessary.

Everyone has their own definition of what creativity means.

Learn how to be an outlier, a statistical anomaly. Be an original. A beautiful and unique

Intelligence vs Creativity
Our entire lives we are trained to be smart. Smart at school, smart at work. Smart
means fast and efficient. It means quick, correct answers to specific questions.

                                                       Inte(igence

Intelligence vs Creativity
Creativity is slow and meandering. It needs time to percolate and permeate. It needs
time to wander and explore, to discover. And sometimes it doesn’t want to stop at
                     the intended destination or answer.

                                                        Creativity

This is also called “Build a Better Mousetrap” or Object/Function/
Description. It is a great warm up for pushing your brain in new directions.
This is best done as a group exercise.

                                                   1. Everyone in the room thinks of a random object. On 3
scraps of paper, write down the object, it’s function (what
it does), and it’s description (what it looks like/is made of)
                                                        respectively.
function 2. Collect everyone’s objects in one container, their functions
in a second container, and their descriptions in a third
                  description container.

object 3. Break into teams of 2 or 3, and select a random object,
function, and description from each container.
                                                   4. This random collection is your new invention. Spend a few
minutes discussing, naming, and drawing it.
                                                   5. Present your invention to the larger group.
