Using Remember the Milk Web 2.0 Product Set up an account at http://www.rememberthemilk.com/ Log in to your account.
Using Remember the Milk Web 2.0 Product Your home page displays 3 tabs based on when tasks are due: Today, Tomorrow, Overdue.
Using Remember the Milk Web 2.0 Product Click on the blue “Continue to Tasks” button. The “Tabs” Inbox, Personal, Study, Work, and All Tasks are customizable. Add/Delete as needed.  Tabs
Using Remember the Milk Web 2.0 Product To enter a task, just type it into the “Add Task” bar area. Press Enter button. Type Task Here
Using Remember the Milk Web 2.0 Product To edit that task, select it by clicking on check box to left. Add due date and other items like tags, location, URL as needed to the right. Add Due Date and other Necessary Info Here
Using Remember the Milk Web 2.0 Product Click on the arrow button beside  the “More Actions…” to select priority level, delete task, or move to another list. Click Here
Using Remember the Milk Web 2.0 Product Mark the task complete or postpone by clicking those buttons to the left. Click Complete or Postpone
Using Remember the Milk Web 2.0 Product To customize your settings click on the settings link in the upper right hand corner. You can set up email reminders, GoogleTalk reminders, and more. Customize to your needs. Settings Tabs
What Is Task Coach? Task Coach is a simple open source to do manager to keep track of personal tasks and todo lists.
Using Task Coach: Advantages Task Coach is Open Source More customizable/powerful To Do Management program Offers multiple ways of organizing tasks Can add attachments and notes to tasks Exports to HTML or CSV formats Can be portable/can run from flash drive Version available for iPhone and iPod Touch
Disadvantages of Task Coach Has lots of features so learning curve is steeper. No universal access unless installed portably or on handheld device.
Getting Started with Task Coach Download Task Coach from http://www.taskcoach.org/ Install the software. If you want to install a portable version on a flash drive, be sure to select that version and download it. You will need to have your flash drive engaged to install the software. Open the Application.
Entering Tasks into Task Coach Click on the “New Task” button or select “New Task” from Task menu item. New Task Button

Entering Tasks into Task Coach To set Due Date, click on the Dates icon on the bar at the top. To enter due dates, reminder dates and times, and recurrence times, simply click on the down arrow to select date from calendar. Dates Icon Select Due Date Select Reminder Date Select Recurrence Time
Entering Tasks into Task Coach You can add additional information by clicking on the other icons across the top. Click OK to close the New Task Input box. Click Icons to Add Other Information
Entering Tasks into Task Coach Click on the save button to make sure task is saved. Repeat to enter other tasks. Save Button
Other Task Coach Features to Explore You can set up categories in which to place tasks for easier organization. You can use the effort feature to track progress on completing major tasks. You can use the Notes feature to enter more detailed notes about tasks. You can also add attachments relevant to that task. You can use multiple views of your tasks list. You can print your task lists. You can export your task lists to HTML, CSV or iCalendar formats.
What Is hott notes? Free sticky notes reminder program for your desktop. Totally free, no ads, no spyware.  You can post sticky note reminders, make checklists, set alarms, draw on your notes. You can also install a portable version on your flash drive.
How to Get Started with Hott Notes Download HottNotes from http://www.hottnotes.com/ Install the software. If you want to install the portable version, be sure to download that version. You will need to have your flash drive engaged to install it.
