The results of the website concluded that it would be considered in the “good” range. The content
was pretty good on the website and covered a lot of material, however did not display a
bibliography of where they got the information. The style of the website was very attractive and
user friendly. The navigation was okay. The links were labeled and worked correctly, however
there was no site map. Overall it was a good website but not wonderful. I would use this in my
classroom for some kinds of lessons but not as an everyday “centers for technology” type of
website. I would use some caution just because it does not provide a bibliography and copyright
laws could become a concern when printing things off from here. I would also probably

recommend for younger grades to not use this website unless the teacher logged them on, simply
because it does not have a site map.

This website was really good. The content was wonderful. Everything that I found was perfect
about it. The only reason I gave it a four for the contact information is because it took me a few
minutes to find it. The design was very attractive and provided the user with a friendly appeal,
especially for kids. It used bright colors and pictures to illustrate. The navigation was very easy to
maneuver as well. I would recommend this website to any teacher who wanted to incorporate
technology into their lessons as centers or free time for the kids in a Language Arts classroom. It
provides the children with a unique learning experience and models an exemplary learning
system.

This website was quite good too. The content was very good. The only problem with it was that
there was no set goals or objectives clearly stated on the website. The design was layed out
nicely but there wasn’t anything that jumped off the screen and automatically got my attention.
Children may not be as enthused about this website as they may be with others. The navigation
was below par. It did not have a site map and was average to navigate. However, the links were
labeled and they worked correctly. I would recommend this website to teachers but not for
younger children, or children who are easily distracted. This website doesn’t keep the learner as
visually engaged as another website may. So, older children may gain a better use out of this one.

The actual content of this website was good. However there was nothing about copyright laws or
bibliographic resources. There could be a problem with this if trying to re-duplicate some of the
items provided. The design was quite good. It kept my attention and I wanted to continue clicking
on different things to see what it was going to do. The navigation was a little sporadic. The links
were labeled and did work correctly however it wasn’t very easy to navigate. One link took me to
other links and it was just different for me. I would recommend this website with caution to
teachers and students. Although the content is good, I would be wary of the copyright laws,
bibliographical resources, and the ease of navigation. Some students may get confused when
trying to go to certain areas of the page.
