Sesiones Acreditación 2011SESIONES DE ACREDITACIÓN TRINITY COLLEGE LONDON 2011 Importante: Recuerde que en esta sección le mantendremos informado de todo el proceso, no olvide consultarla de vez en cuando. Aunque Trinity tiene unos 1400 centros reconocidos en todo el territorio nacional y realiza sesiones casi todos los meses del año, los centros sólo suelen matricular a sus propios alumnos (por ejemplo, el caso de los institutos registrados de la Junta de Andalucía en los que no es posible matricular a otros candidatos que no sean alumnos propios). Por esta razón y dado el alto número de interesados en nuestras certificaciones perfectamente calibradas con el Marco Común de Referencia, hemos decidió colaborar y organizar unas sesiones extraordinarias a cualquier nivel desde A1 a C2 en Sevilla, Cádiz, Granada, Córdoba, Málaga y Almería que esperamos satisfaga sus necesidades de certificación. Aunque Trinity ofrece dos posibilidades de acreditación calibradas con el Marco Común de Referencia del Consejo de Europa que son GESE en competencias orales e ISE en todas las competencias, para evitar cambios de criterios de las distintas consejerías o universidades en España recomendamos el examen ISE que evalúa todas las destrezas. Por favor, asegúrese de la certificación que necesita según sus intereses y compruebe que es la que realmente necesita. 10. *En el caso de ISE, recuerde que consta de tres partes, una parte escrita el sábado 28 de Mayo de 2011 a las 10 de la mañana, un portfolio 2011* de tres tasks realizados preferiblemente con procesador de texto que el candidato entregará firmado por el-ella mismo a las 9.00 de la mañana del sábado 28 de mayo de 2011 antes de la parte escrita y una parte oral que se anunciará una vez conozcamos el número total de matriculados en cada capital. * asegúrese de usar los tasks de 2011:2011 ISE Portfolio Tasks

PLAZO DE INSCRIPCIÓN: Del 21 de febrero al 4 de Marzo de 2011See Tarifas Oficiales 2011 FORMA DE INSCRIPCIÓN:Todos los interesados deberán enviar un e-mail a support@britishmade.info con los siguientes datos: Nombre y dos apellidos. Fecha de nacimiento. Grado al que se presenta, indicando el tipo de examen y el grado, por ejemplo ISE II. Lugar donde desea presentarse, es decir, Sevilla, Cádiz, Granada, Córdoba, Málaga o Almería. Número de transferencia, fecha de ingreso y nombre del ordenante en la cuenta de Trinity de La Caixa: 2100 1028 91 0700000385 indicando en el concepto el nombre del candidato-a + la capital escogida. Su email. Número de teléfono fijo y/o móvil. (Como medida de seguridad, asegúrese que recibe confirmación de recepción por nuestra parte)

12. La sesiones tendrán lugar en Sevilla, Cádiz, Granada, Córdoba, Málaga y Almería en lugares que se publicarán en esta misma sección y dependiendo de la cantidad final de matriculados. FECHAS Y HORARIOS: ISE:Entrega de tasks portfolios 2011 y coversheet (que encontrará on line en el anexo 1 del syllabus) a las 9 de la mañana del sábado 28 de noviembre de 2011 en una carpeta que le entregaremos en ese mismo momento. Al tratarse de la entrega de los portfolios y coversheet, no es imprescindible estar a las 9 de la mañana en punto. Examen escrito ISE a las 10 de la mañana del sábado 28 de noviembre de 2011. La puntualidad es muy importante. El examen oral se concentrará en la tarde del 28 de noviembre de 2011, el domingo 29 de noviembre y días sucesivos si fuera necesario dependiendo del número final de matriculados.

By taking classroom work into account as well as tasks carried out under examination conditions, a wide and varied sample of learner work is taken fully into account.Preparation for the examination supports the programme of work chosen by the teacher and learner, rather than interfering with it.Please make sure you download all the documentation associated with the three components of the ISE examinations:1. Learners can choose to take ISE exams on their own or combine them with the Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE) if they also need to demonstrate oral ability at levels other than those corresponding to the ISE levels.ISE 0, ISE I, ISE II, ISE III and ISE IV correspond to Grades 4, 6, 8, 11 and 12 of the spoken exams (GESE). Please use the ISE Centre Handbook for completeadministrative information.

The Portfolio The portfolio is a set of written work which is prepared ahead of the Interview for submission to the examiner who also conducts the Interview.The Portfolio Tasks for the current year must be downloaded from the website.Students are advised to begin their portfolio work as soon as they can so that there is time for feedback from their teachers. Students complete as many tasks as they wish, however only 3 pieces of work are selected by students for presentation to the examiner. The Portfolio must comprise ONE task from each category of task with feedback from the teacher. On the basis of the feedback, students may revise their work, using all resources such as dictionaries, spell-checks and so on. The final selection of Portfolio work must be ready for the examiner to mark at the beginning of the first day of Interviews. During the Interview the Examiner will ask questions about the Portfolio during the conversation phase.

18. Preparing the Portfolio The portfolio is a set of written work which is prepared ahead of the Interview with the examiner. The student may perfect their work, using all resources. They then turn in their work to the Examiner on the date of their spoken Interview.The list of portfolio tasks changes each year. Candidates must make sure they choose portfolio tasks from the current year’s list. Students can work on their Portfolio Tasks up to the day before their Interviews are due to take place.The final portfolio should include only 3 pieces of work- one piece of work from each category: 1) Correspondence2) Factual Writing3) Creative and descriptive writingEach piece of work should be accompanied by the relevant Portfolio Feedback form from the teacher and the Portfolio Cover Sheet.

Depending on the level, the Portfolio is presented in a colour-coded plastic binder provided by Trinity via your local consultant.The Portfolios must all be available when the examiner arrives to begin the examination session. The Portfolios should be in Interview order on the examiner's table.The examiner first marks the Portfolios according to the timetable that the centre has drawn up for the examining day. When all the portfolios are marked, the Interviews begin in the same order that the examiner has marked the portfolios.At the end of the examination session, the examiner will ask for a small percentage (usually 10%) of portfolios to be photocopied. These are sent to Trinity Head Office for inspection. The examiner might also request that other Portfolios are photocopied, e.g. problematic pieces of work.

20. CONTROLLED WRITTEN The Controlled Written examination is taken under examination conditions at a Trinity Registered Centre. Structure The Controlled Written examination at all ISE levels assesses a candidate’s reading and writing skills. A summary of the Controlled Written examination at all levels is given in the next slide.

23. Interview The Interview is the third and final stage of the ISE examinations. Your Interviews should take place within 6 weeks of your Controlled Written Examination therefore you should plan with both of these events in mind! During the conversation phase of the Interview questions will be asked about the Portfolio.
