1. Customer hereby authorizes Sync It Media to charge Customer’s valid and current credit or debit card in advance for all applicable product sales and
fees in connection with Customer’s chosen subscription service. Subscription fees will be billed automatically to the Customer’s valid and current credit
or debit card at the start of each monthly, semi-annual or annual subscription.
