18. It is my belief that a successful Brownfield
redevelopment program is a significant part
of governing in an urban setting. We are in
an era where 80 percent of the people in our
county live in the cities and towns.
Our challenge then, is to provide space for
ourselves and our children to experience
the green earth in an urban setting; and
aggressively seek the ways and means to
build our future with sensitivity to past
