Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman of Google, spoke at Princeton's Alan Turing Centennial celebration in May 2012. His topic: The Future of Technology. For Schmidt, the most excited development in the next 10-20 years will be getting the 2/3 of the population of Earth currently unconnected from the web connected. That will allow them to tackle core problems like government corruption, access to education, and connectivity to the emerging global mind. I drew these notes of his lecture using my brain, eyes, ears, and hands, plus an iPad and the app, Paper.
