epilepsy. Case study on sudden cardiac death preceded by syncope episode and
seizures caused by hypokalemia. I learnt that not all seizures are caused by
epilepsy and I should do an ECG on all presentations of ALOC.

This discussion was brought up due to the poor ongoing Hand Hygiene results
for the ED. Strategies to improve statistics such as rewards for observing good
hand hygiene practice and techniques were discussed. It was suggested a survey
be put out to examine why HH was such a issue in the department.

presentation which was not very relevant to the department and did not address
our problems. I took photos of our staff in different scenarios and put funny

and given different scenarios which often had obtrusive medication errors. This
in-service made me aware of common medication errors such as, medications
not being documented correctly and medications that may be written up which
