5. Manufacturing viability Manufacturing of product is to be done with common manufacturing methods of: Extrusion, CNC machining and Injection Moulding. The product is designed to utilise standard bearings, springs, nuts and bolts Main structure comprises of bought-in extruded aluminium lengths that require cutting and drilling only Joints are drilled and loosely tightened bolts allows rotation of connected bars.
