- Adding a testing and training facility to Digifast would be a cost effective way to help improve the company on several different levels.ent levels.
- I have compiled a cost effective facility as well as ways to maintain and keep the digifast products secure. Please keep your questions and comments for the end of the presentation so that I may answer them without distraction.
- A testing and training facility will allow existing clients to view new products and provide feedback about specific criteria needed. Prospective clients may come and view the different kinds of products offered by Digifast. Instead of traveling to the first floor to take a break, employees may go to the testing and training facility to preview new products and make note of ideas for improvement. The feedback received from employees and clients will provide Digifast with the information to create a higher quality product.
- This facility will only need to support five computers, all operable only from a main command computer located in the Digifast office. Two computers will have only training programs for Digifast and neighbor businesses. The remaining three will have existing and new products for clients and Digifast employees to review and test. An employee may present any ideas at the next meeting, and a client may discuss any ideas or changes with Ms. Charlotte Alexander.
- The initial startup costs will fall to Digifast. We will supply all five computers, key cards, and card activated door if necessary. The neighbor companies will agree to pay one-fourth of office rent to use facility to train employees. They will also supply all programs needed for their training. To keep the energy costs to a minimum, computers will remain off unless in use.
- The three computer used for Digifast clients and employees will only be accessible by command on a main computer in the Digifast office. The door to the facility will require a card key to be inserted. Clients must come by appointment and will have an employee available to assist using the programs. Any employee from the neighbor offices must present proof of employment to obtain card key.
- By adding a Testing and Training Facility, Digifast will be able to expand business networks, improve existing relationships with clients, and give employees another option for breaks. Without adding significant expenses, and easily maintained how can Digifast afford not to add a facility that will jumpstart company growth?
