2. 10) Be a tourist in your own city.
Walk around, see the sights... with all the interesting conversation starters that are sure to pop up as a
result of exploring the ‘hidden gems’ of your city, you’ll have walked several miles without realizing it
due to all the smiling, laughing, and getting to know each other you’re too busy doing. Exploring helps
prevent any of those ‘awkward silences’ that are pretty much inherent with any first-dates spent sitting
and staring at each other from across a dinner table anyways.

3. 9) Volunteer to walk a dog together from your local Humane Shelter.
Not only are you bringing the best part of the day to a furry pooch in need; you’re also showing your
date your compassionate and caring side by doing something so thoughtful. Not to mention all the
walking/dragging/pulling you’ll be doing in the meantime!

4. 8) Play fight!
It’s not for children anymore! Maybe (ok, definitely) not the most subtle form of flirting, but hey, at
least you have many opportunities to cop a feel, while seeing who can pin the other person down first,
or who is more ticklish!

the blank class together.
Choose something neither of you would normally ever dare to try. You never know how much fun you

Go to a concert, nightclub, festival, or any dj event where the BPM is higher than your pulse. Not only
will you share a great, fun night of music together (provided you have the same taste!) but dancing is
the best way to burn almost 500 calories an hour… well, maybe apart from the next date idea:
