With an opening date scheduled for October, 2010 we are very excited to have you join us in celebrating and meeting
in this unique historic environment on Jekyll Island. With over 42,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and
access to our historic cottages, along with the Club Hotel’s meeting space, the Historic District Convention Campus
will provide a superior location with all the latest AV and other conference requirements.
We have already booked multiple groups for the campus and we share their excitement at being allowed to host their
conference in this gorgeous setting that will be our primary meeting location from October 2010 until the opening of our
new 128,000 square feet oceanfront convention center in 2012.

With over 400 spaces located adjacent to the meeting rooms, and plenty more nearby, parking is effortless.
For those interested in a very brief walk, you can stroll under live oaks, past the cottages on your way to the meeting
rooms. So by strolling or catching a ride on our trolley, we have you covered.
Island shuttle transportation system by Trolley: We will offer your guests an Island wide transportation system so
they can leave their car, take the Trolley to the convention center, beach village or Summer Waves! Leave your car at
the hotel and leave the driving to us.

The Beachview Shops are a cute and quaint collection of shops located on the ocean,
where they will serve the needs of our guests for two years while our new Beach Village is being built.
Your attendees can enjoy shopping with ocean views!

Jekyll Beverage Center: For any and all beverage needs.
Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
Whittles Gift Shop: The store everyone loves will be offering all of her great gifts and unique
offerings, but now on the Ocean! She s very excited to greet your attendees. 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
IGA: Any and all food items will be available at the IGA. 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Maxwells Hardware: From gifts to hammers, Maxwell s has everything! 9am-6pm
Ameris Bank: Ameris will operate normal hours and allow all attendees access to their
ATM and bank services while on the Island. Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m.- 2 p.m.
Judy’s Beauty Shop: For anyone wanting to look beautiful while on Jekyll Island, Judy s is the
place to be. 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
