• Arabica coffee is considered to have a
better flavor than Robusta. For this
reason, about three fourths of coffee

5. •COFFEE ROBUSTA
• Compared to Arabica, tends to be bitter
and has less flavor.
• Robusta coffee is less susceptible to
disease than Arabica can be cultivated in
environment where Arabica will not

• Good quality Robustas are used in some
espresso blends to provide a better foam
head, and to lower the ingredient cost
