AIMS
To discuss the different ways in which human beings use water.
To engage students in communicative exchanges.
To reintroduce the water states.
OBJECTIVES
To relate the use of water with their everyday lives.
To learn the worldwide water usage.
To read a text about the water states and to label a picture.

Activity 1:
The student teacher will
project an image that
shows different ways in
which humans use water,
e.g. agriculture, public
supply, recreation,
domestic, etc.
Then, the students will
copy 4 (four) questions1 in
their notebooks and will
discuss and answer them in
pairs with the student
teacher’s help.
At the end, the answers will Whole class
be shared with the whole
class.
Activity 2:
Individual
The student teacher will
give the students a text
accompanied by a picture.
The students will have to
label both the water text
and the agents involved in
the water cycle.
