      The members of ASA account for nearly 85% of companies in
      the staffing industry. Their members provide a wide range of
      employment services and solutions.


      TechServe Alliance
      TechServe Alliance is focused on IT staffing services and is a
      collaboration of IT staffing firms dedicated to advancing
      excellence and ethics within the IT services industry.

 A website can say a lot about a company. It is their face to the
 world. Check for information such as:

      •  The types of positions they fill
      •  Do they have any quality certifications
      •  What is their geographic coverage
      •  Who runs the company

 executive there. But having them come to your office or
 speaking over the phone is an option as well.

   •  How do they recruit talent?
   •  How do they retain talent?
   •  Does the company carry workers’ compensation?
   •  How experienced is the staff?
   •  Do they have recruiters that have placed the types of
       people you are looking for?
