Instructions for librarians at Atkins Library who use Desk tracker in their offices

1. Using Desk Tracker
From your office

2. Enter username and password

3. Select “office” from the drop down
menu

4. You’re in. Continue…

5. Select the Office tab

6. Running Reports – click on Reports tab

7. Select Office and text

8. Filter by Main-Office only!

9. Filter by user (you), choose date
ranges, and Build Report
