Summary

Client:

Overview: Vail asked Booyah to increase its Facebook likers
using a combination of paid (Facebook advertising) and
organic liker growth strategies.

Goals: Vail was focused on growing specific target markets
amongst its likers where it currently had low totals. The overall
goals of this campaign were:
   • Significantly increase Facebook liker total
   • Help Vail come closer to being the #1 ski resort on Facebook (at #5
     when we started)
   • Target International Facebook profiles for the majority of these new likes
   • Keep Facebook liker acquisition at under $1 per new liker

Results

 The results of this Facebook liker growth campaign included:
   • Grew likers by 10,400+ in one month moving Vail from the #5 ski resort
     on Facebook to #3
   • 9,049 likers added directly from Facebook advertising
   • Increased total Facebook page likers by 29%
   • Final cost per liker gain from advertising was $0.90

Strategic Execution

• Used targeted Facebook ads with clear copy
• Sent traffic to a custom landing tab with the Vail Mountain Facebook
page that had direct messaging to “like” Vail and the benefits for doing so
•Further increased likers organically by including a reveal tab. After liking
the page the tab changed and requested you share with your friends in
order to “make Vail Mountain the #1 Ski Resort on Facebook”
