14. Menstrual Cycle
This cycle of changes results in the release of an egg from
the ovary, the preparation of the uterine lining for possible
implantation and pregnancy, and the return to the initial
stage if no implantation occurs.
The cycle is controlled by hormones of the ovary and the
pituitary gland by a feedback mechanism.(one influences the
other)
