This is huge!
FGXpressTM chose to apply compression to
matching bonus. For instance, if on a certain
week, some of your PEMs didn’t have Team
Bonus, but someone underneath your PEM
did, you’ll get paid up to 50% from those
mem- bers, which would be considered your
first level paid. then we’ll continue looking
down- wards to pay for your matching bonus
for your second, third and fourth levels if
applicable.

This is a FLOATING BONUS, which means it’s
calculated as the very last step of the com-
mission payment process, so it can inflate or
deflate proportionally for everyone enjoying of
this bonus.
