TICAL is a technology resource center for K-12 administrators that aims to provide leadership in the effective use of technology to improve education. It has three main components: an annual leadership conference, a statewide cadre of school leaders, and an online portal. The portal provides curated technology resources, original content from experts and administrators, and discussion forums for administrators to communicate and ask questions. The cadre helps advise on the portal and acts as mentors. Together, the portal, cadre, and conference provide administrators a way to stay informed on technology issues and solutions through peer contributions and expertise.
