It’s pretty clear to me that as libraries, we’re pretty much dissatisfied with our OPACs which explains WHY we’re
all here today. I know that I’m completely dissatisfied with ours.
So, my job today is really to try to talk about some of the things we should be thinking about as we consider the
future of the OPAC.. And that really means asking some fundamental questions about the OPAC itself, such as,
