- Forestry and plant scienece libraries? At Metla we have changed its name to Information Service as the library was getting negative connotations among the directors wanting to make budget cuts and not wanting to see any rented office spaces filled with lots of unused (in their view) paper journals. This was due to the new policy that the governement moved the ownership of buildings to another governement owned business which charges government instutions for the office space.
