           Criteria                      Description
                                         How is the submission innovative?
         Originality               30%    Submissions should demonstrate new ideas or innovative
                                            approaches. While ideas do not need to be unique, they should
                                            show an uncommon or original approach.
                                         How has the innovation changed the way staff or the
       Staff impact                30%
                                            organisation work?
                                          Submissions must show how they have directly changed the
                                            way common tasks or business processes are done. More than
                                            just being of novelty value, innovative approaches help to
                                            reshape the organisation.
                                         How has the innovation tangibly or measurably benefited the
     Organisational                40%
                                            organisation?
        benefits                          Submissions must demonstrate the direct organisational value
                                            or benefits that were delivered as a result of the new
                                            functionality or content. This may be measured quantitatively (in
                                            dollar terms), or qualitatively (describing how the innovation has
                                            delivered improvements).

         In a period of 12 months (six campaigns), 800 users
    
         filled in the feedback forms and have used the
         available learning resources over 10,000 times.

         In 2004, Fiat Group Automobiles was losing €2 million
    
         a day, while today it is performing at an operating
         profit level of €5 million per day
         In 2004, Fiat has sold 1,700,000 vehicles worldwide,
    
         in 2007 it is expected it will sell 2,200,000 cars in
         Western Europe alone.
