Over the course of the past 20 years the staff at ISFM
have assisted a range of sporting organisations and
stadia operators in developing business strategies to
maximise membership growth and retention opportunities
to create a financially sound business unit.
ISFM’s approach focuses on:

ings
− Analysing the businesses broader
operating market, particularly to under-
stand their needs
− Structuring membership packages in
light of the identified market needs and
to appeal to a broad spectrum of po-
tential members
− Aligning the organisations operating
structure to achieve new or refined
membership strategies
The experience of ISFM in being able to critique a busi-
nesses current membership offerings, and develop alter-
nate or new strategies more aligned to the needs of the
market, will ensure the greatest value is derived from the
organisations most important customers.
