For each constraint you need to explain (in detail):
• Why it is a constraint?
• How you will manage the constraint?
• What contingency(s) can you effectively put in
place in order to reduce or remove the constraint?

You need to create an actual and projected budget
Your actual budget is how much your project will
actually cost you
Your projected budget is how much this project would
cost you to make if you were a professional. For your
projected budget you will need to review crew rates
