A modified add/drop interferometer system called PANDA ring resonator consists of a centered ring connected to smaller ring on the left side is used to generate nano optical tweezers. An additional Gaussian pulse is introduced into the add port of the system in order to control the process. Here, optical tweezers with a Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) of 4.2, 8, 9.57 and 18.5 nm are generated at the through and drop ports of the system, where the amplification of the output signals occurs during propagating of dark soliton within the system. These types of pulses are powerful tools for manipulating nano particles and living cells as trapping method. The biological structure deformation can be confirmed by applying the optical trap power, where the generated force and the elastic parameters of the surrounding cells can be determined. Therefore, the PANDA ring resonator system is used to trap nano particles in order to affect and deform the cellular structure of a human tissue by applying required forces. Here novel optical stretcher which is a laser tool is used to trap and interact with individual biological cells.
