Fastpass is a free service to cut down your queuing time at
some of the most popular attractions in the Disney® Parks.
How does it work?
• Insert your Park admission ticket into the Fastpass terminal
at the entrance of the attraction.
• Take your Fastpass ticket indicating a return time and go off
and enjoy other adventures.
• Return to the attraction at your ticketed time and board in
a matter of minutes via the Fastpass entrance.
Check the “Guide to the 2 Parks” upon arrival for details of
attractions with Fastpass. This service is only available with
a Park ticket valid for the same day. You may only have one
Fastpass at a time.
Single Rider
Single Rider is a free service aimed at reducing wait times for
severalattractions.Accessedbyaspecialentrance,itisforGuests
ready to be separated and to embark individually. This service
does not give immediateboardingorachoiceofseatandvehicle.

Disney PhotoPass™Service is the picture perfect way to capture your magical memories in great photos — and get everyone in
the picture!
NEW: PhotoPass+ allows you to collect all of your souvenir photos as high quality digital image files and download them from
the dedicated web site DisneyPhotoPass.eu. You may also view your photos on the Disneyland Paris PhotoPass App and share
them instantly on social networks. Online and Mobile services are presented by our Official partner Fujifilm. PhotoPass+ may
be purchased in all Photo sales points and selected souvenir boutiques.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
SAFETY GUIDELINES
Children must be accompanied by an adult. For your safety, height restrictions apply on certain attractions. There are also health
and physical conditions that may be aggravated by certain attractions (for instance: expectant mothers, those with a heart condition,
pace maker, spinal problems, neck brace, travel sickness or visitors with reduced mobility). Please observe the information given at
the attraction entrances. For the comfort of all, designated areas are available for our smoking guests in both Disney® Parks. All our
restaurants, hotels and hotel rooms are non-smoking. For health and safety reasons, animals are not admitted in Disneyland® Paris,
except guide dogs for guests with disabilities.
For everyone’s peace and security, you must respect the Disney Parks’ internal rules. We invite you to check them out on our

In addition, the internal rules are posted at the entrance of Disney Parks. Appropriate clothing must be worn. For further information,

Fireworks, parades, certain shows and festivals are on selected dates and are subject to weather conditions and changes. Attractions,
entertainment, shops and restaurants may be closed, modified, delayed or cancelled without prior notice. For any additional

GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
All our hotels cater for mobility-impaired guests. We have various rooms specially adapted to meet the needs of wheelchair-bound guests.
These rooms can be interconnecting, have a larger bathroom with a bathtub, handrails and a raised toilet and are fitted with a spy-hole
positioned at wheelchair height. Please note: bathrooms at Disney's Sequoia Lodge, Disney's Santa Fe, Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch and
in some rooms at Disney's Newport Bay Club are fitted with a shower that is suitable for guests with impaired mobility (“walk-in shower”).
• Mobility-impaired guests can rent a special seat that will enable them to wash without assistance (to be requested at the time of booking).
• Most of the attractions and shows are accessible, please enquire at the information offices in the Disney Parks and pick up the
Disney Parks Accessibility Guide (in English and French).
• We recommend that Guests with special needs advise us at the time of booking. Please download our Accessibility Guide from our
