(57) Abstract :
Present invention provides specially a master bank card which is capable of doing what multiple cards can do, using just a single bank
card and a mobile device. Our server plays a dual role of acquirer and the issuer. By implementing the above system we are not
making any change in the existing system rather we will co-exist simultaneously, without harming anything, in fact no one would even
know that this system exists. The system enables a user to carry one bank card instead of many. The company would require issuing a
unique card number to the customer, which maps all his general card numbers. It uses a mobile application, to make the choice of card
from which the transaction is to be carried out. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing
the process of authorization and Figure 2 of sheet 2 showing the process of clearing modified for the proposed system.

The present invention is submersible aerators for aquaculture fish farms , Effluent Treatment Plant , Swages Treatment Plant and west
water treatment plant. The present invention is used with strong propulsion of direct Motors -Driven screw which creates lifting
pressure which aspires atmosphere air. The aspired air crashes with water and becomes fine air bubbles. Which are spread by the
strong propulsion of screw. These improve mixing effects of water and air efficiently and increase dissolved oxygen levels and kept
the water quality. The flow makes mixed convection current so that fine air bubbles activates oxygen to be dissolved into the water
effectively. These aerators also provide much needle oxygenation and mixing aquaculture ponds.

valve, a plastic frame and a rim. A nozzle is used to let the water inside the bottle to flow out. This nozzle is attached to the bottle cap
to its appropriate hole. An inlet valve is first fasterned to the inlet of the evaporator and then this inlet valve is attached to the bottle
cap to its appropriate hole. The outlet of the evaporator is attached to its appropriate hole in the bottle cap. A plastic frame is inserted
between the center of the evaporator and is glues to the bottle cap, it is only used to support the evaporator, since copper deforms even
in very lite stress, A small bend in the shape of evaporator will block the gases flowing through the evaporator, which might lead to
faliure in working of the evaporator. A plastic rim with the thread designed on the interior side of rim is glued to bottle cap. when this
bottle cap is screwed to the bottle consisting of water and gases or air in compressed form is passed through the inlet of evaporator, it
starts cooling the evaporator and there by the evaporator cools the water inside the bottle in it.

A pioneer Analog to Digital converter using different combinations of switching element is designed to reduce the short circuit power
dissipation. The proposed design is unique circuit combination with efficient power utilization. A speculative and newly design of 4—
1 multiplexer circuit is implemented as low leakage consumed device. This circuit is completely novel and much efficient because of
its interconnection of MOS. An innovative design of MOS based differential amplifier circuit is proposed. The circuit is designed in
such a way that the power couldn™t be transfer directly from the supply source to the ground. Because of this significance, the power
utilization factor (PUF) is well recovered and utilization of proper MOS combination in the circuit reduced the leakage power
dissipation.

(57) Abstract :
Indian Wild pig (Sus scrofa cristatus) is a protected species under Schedule III of the Indian Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 and a
separate sub-species from the domestic pig (Sus scrofa domesticus), which is an important farm animal in states of India. Indian wild
pig is extensively poached for meat and in the absence of simple differential protocol for meat identification of Indian wild pig and
domestic pigs, implementation of Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 remains a constraint. There is need for the development of a more
accurate, fast and easy to use method to reduce the laboratory cost and time required for positive identification of forensic samples.
Hence, in the present invention, a species specific primer IWP (F) and IWP (R) for detection of Indian wild pig with reduced cost and
time of detection has been developed. The PCR product obtained from the primer pair spans from nucleotide position 15434 to 15601.
The 26bp forward primer, IWB (F) anneals to nucleotide position 15434 to 15459 while the 30bp reverse primer, IWB (R) anneals
from nucleotide 15601 to 15572 in the mitochondrial Cytochrome b gene of Indian wild pig only. The primer pair has been validated
with number of known samples of Indian wild pig. Using the ARMS principle, the primer pair IWP (F) and IWP (R) was designed
with minimal potential for extension by ensuring that the 3 base mismatches with the non-target species and the 3 end of the Indian
wild pig specific primers were targeted against bases unique to the Indian wild pig mitochondrial sequence. The positive sensitivity of
the primer has been tested up to approximately 15ng of Indian wild pig DMA with 20 pmol of each primer by conventional PCR and
as low as 2.5 ng approximately by 7.5 pmol of each primer in RT-PCR.

(57) Abstract :
Tropical tasar cocoons are abundantly available in the slates of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh etc. The largest producer of
tropical tasar cocoons is Jharkhand followed by Chhattisgarh. Both domestic varieties i.e. Daba Tri- Voltine and Daba Bi- Voltine
tasar cocoons as well as from natural resources tike Rally, Modal etc are available in Chhattisgarh State. So, tasar reeling is one of the
main source for income of people in rural areas. After degumming, tasar cocoons are reeled following Natwa (Thigh) reeling process
to produce reeled yarn. The productivity is very low i.e. only about 75 gm in a day of 60 denier filament. This thigh reeling is carried
out by woman reeler of weaving families. Due to rubbing of filament on thigh, the reeler often is suffering from skin disease. Also it is
not acceptable by the society. Later on different reeling machines are developed by various persons and research institutes to
overcome this issue and also for enhancement of productivity and. quality. Productivity has improved to about 125 gm in a day of 8
hours with 60 denier filament fineness. But it is not up to the level by which reelers can earn sufficient income. Also the spare parts
used in these machines are not available in rural areas, which need to be replaced when require only after procurement from
Machinery Manufacturers. This situation causes difficulties to run the machine. So, in this scenario, a reeling machine need to be
designed and fabricated which consists of simple design and women reelers can operate easily. Also the spares which are incorporated
in the machine can be available locally so that reelers need not to wait for the same in order to avoid stoppage of regular production.
This reeling machine developed can fulfill the all requirements of women reelers in rural areas and also overcome all lacunae
prevailing in tasar sector.

(57) Abstract :
Clustering the data is challenging and difficult task with respect to optimization because most of the existing practical clustering
algorithms like k-means, k-modes, gradient descent and so on, converges to local optimum or terminates at local optimum. These
methods are based on the selection of initial cluster centroid and are extremely sensitive to these initial points. So, by definition, it is
sensitive to initial points. In most of the existing clustering methods, selection of this initial point was made randomly. The points in
particular cluster depend on the properties of this random point. Hence different initial points lead to different clustering results.
Instead of this random selection, here our invention introduces a hybrid approach to select initial cluster centroid for various clustering
applications and demonstrated with popular k-modes algorithm. This invention will act as an initializer/ preprocessor for any
clustering algorithm for which centroid plays a key role, by refining the initial point prior to clustering. Following invention is
described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing the steps of the proposed method, Figure 2 of sheet 2 showing the
extension of step 5 of figure 1and Figure 3 of sheet 3 showing generation of initial cluster centroid using proposed method.

(57) Abstract :
New In-Memory Data Bases (IMDBs) are growing in memory capacities and there is a marked increase in number of cores and CPUs
on modern single-server-board hardware. The magnetic hard disks (HDD) are the accepted industry standard for storage of data. Some
of the recent designs are even using solid-state-drive (SSD) because of their hard durability in addition to HDD. Here we foresee the
usage of persistent medium like NOR and NAND FLASH EEPROMs on Memory bus of processor directly, which shorten the iatency
and throughput gap between total main memory and HDD, SSD or Flash Storage. We see the drastic difference in access times of
EEPROMs (up to 350 nanoseconds (read)) compared to SSD (up to 250,000 nanoseconds) and further compared to traditional storage
like hard drives (up to 15 million nanoseconds); when compared to RAM (up to 100 nanoseconds). This low latency of reading access
of NOR and NAND FLASH EEPROM, which is comparable to RAM, makes ideal for making IMDBs superfast, as there is no
dependency on slow media like HDD and SSD. Additionally the same technology can be used for making any server superfast, that is,
usage of persistent medium like NOR and NAND FLASH EEPROMs, along with RAM for any specific server and using SSD or
HDD for backups. Here NOR and NAND FLASH EEPROMs are used for holding all application programs and system programs. The
operating system software like UNIX, Linux, Windows or OS X needs to be changed suitably. To summarize, with this NOR and
NAND FLASH EEPROMS approach there will be two or more generic conceptual appliances (Hardware + Software combined
machines) that will be realized with this methodology. To illustrate we will show two approaches in the following. 1. Specific to
IMDBs. 2. Specific to servers to make them superfast. 3. There are many other appliances that are possible which we are not
discussing here.

(57) Abstract :
The present invention is particularly to Tungsten Carbide as tool insert with 24 hours holding time of cryogenic treatment for
performing turning operation on carbon steel EN8 round bars. Cryogenic processing has become a widely used heat treatment
technique for a number of products, including industrial cutting tools, automotive brake and engine system components. Deep
cryogenic treatment of tungsten carbide tool inserts gives better tool life during machining process. Cryogenic treatment or cryo
treatment was done on Tungsten Carbide cemented insert for 24 hours. Then the inserts were then tempered at 200°C for 2 hours. The
Vickers Micro-hardness for the insert was determined. The hardness value for cemented carbide untreated insert was 1493.8 hv. The
turning tests were conducted for EN8 round bars at four different cutting speeds 80 m/min., 100 m/min., 120 m/min. and 140 m/min.
and four different feed rates 0.05mm/rev, O.lOmm/rev, 0.15mm/rev, 0.20mm/rev and four different depth of cut rates 1.4mm, 1.6mm,
1.8mm and 2mm respectively. The inserts were studied for wear, after the machining process was completed by using an optical
microscope. The microstructure images for the cryo treated inserts were studied with the help of the scanning electron microscope.
The 24 hour cryo treated inserts with the cutting speed of 80m/min and depth of cut 1.4mm was found to have produced the least tool
wear. The particles formed in the 24 hours cryo treated inserts were found to be denser and larger, and the matrix was found to be
coherent and much tougher. With the cryogenic treatment, coarser and randomly distributed particles had refined into the most stable
and fine particles. Also, the Vickers Micro-hardness was determined for the tungsten carbide 24 hour cryo treated insert to be 1868 hv.
Thus, the Micro-hardness value for the cryo treated tool insert had increased by 20%, thus providing it low tool wear and low surface
roughness.

(57) Abstract :
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards the identification of benzoyl salicylic acid (BSA) for the first
time in plants and proved its potential effect in inducing systemic acquired resistance (SAR) in tobacco as well as salicylic acid
deficient Arabidopsis NahG plants. Pre-treatment of BSA enhanced transcript accumulation of NPR1 (non-expressor of pathogenesis-
related gene 1) and pathogenesis-related (PR) as well as other SAR responsive genes. BSA-treatment reduced number and diameter of
Tobacco mosaic viral lesions in systemic leaves of tobacco. In transgenic Arabidopsis NahG plants, BSA-treatment offered protection
against TMV with accumulation of AtPR1and AtPR5 genes. It is hence concluded that BSA is also a signal molecule like salicylic
acid and that it induces systemic acquired resistance in plants.

(57) Abstract :
The present invention pertains to a production method for chlorinated vinyl chloride resins which involves chlorinating a vinyl
chloride resin by irradiating the interior of a reaction container into which a vinyl chloride resin and chlorine have been introduced
with UV light wherein: UV irradiation is implemented using at least one type of light source selected from the group consisting of UV
LEDs organic electroluminescent elements and inorganic electroluminescent elements; the light source is positioned within the
reaction container; at least one irradiation direction of the UV light is angled within the range of 30 115° relative to the stirring
direction of the vinyl chloride resin; and at least 24% out of a total of 100% of the UV light emitted from the light source is angled
within the range of 30 115° relative to the stirring direction of the vinyl chloride resin. Thus a production method for chlorinated vinyl
chloride resins is provided whereby chlorinated vinyl chloride resins that exhibit a similar mechanical strength and thermal resistance
to conventional products can be obtained with a higher reaction efficiency than with photo chlorination techniques using a
conventional mercury vapor lamp.
