In view of the recent amendment made in the Patents Act, 1970 by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
effective from 01st January 2005, the Official Journal of The Patent Office is required to be published under
the Statute. This Journal is being published on weekly basis on every Friday covering the various proceedings
on Patents as required according to the provision of Section 145 of the Patents Act 1970. All the enquiries on
this Official Journal and other information as required by the public should be addressed to the Controller
General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks. Suggestions and comments are requested from all quarters so that

section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,
2006.
Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and
abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as
per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.4/- per page. If any further details are required to be

and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,
Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions
of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.
The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.
SPECIAL NOTICE
Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.
However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken
for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

Using fetal middle cerebral artery peak systolic velocity (MCA-PSV) is now an established method of non invasive diagnosis of
moderate to severe fetal anemias of different origins. Normal values of gestational age specific MCA-PSV have been published from
different parts of the world. To the best of our knowledge no such Indian study has been published before. As with other population
based parameters, a parameter may have different values in normal healthy individuals from one geographic location to the other.
Hence it is necessary to have standard local reference range of normal individuals specific to each geographic locality. Fetal MCA-
PSV was measured in a large sample of normal 1015 pregnant women at least once between 12 and 40 weeks of gestation. The values
were measured by a single experienced radiologist on a color Doppler ultrasound machine and tabulated accordingly.

The smart RF signal quality enhancement system is a design and technique to improve the signal quality of wireless mobile device
with active dynamic radiation pattern approach manipulated by RF/Antenna system that mainly works by scanning and detecting the
change in device proximity environment with property & position sensing, device orientation, user head & hand hold effect, signal
quality parameters and operating modes to vary the radiation pattern. The mobile devices are handled in different proximity
environment which causes electromagnetic interaction that can leads to degradation in signal quality based on the nature of the
vicinity environments. So when the signal quality degrades the system will sense, compute and vary the radiation pattern accordingly

There are many situations which require temporary storage of large quantities of water and food grains. Construction sites, remote
work areas, large catering events, temporary swimming pools, water tank cleaning and repair, rainwater harvesting etc require
temporary water storage systems which can be easily transported, assembled and disassembled. Temporary storage of food grains is
required for buffer storage, food aid schemes etc which also require systems which can be easily transported, assembled and
dissembled. Many temporary storage systems are available for storing water and food grains. These systems, in general, consist of
inflatable, collapsible or modular units. These systems are generally produced in a range of standard dimension and hence have
limited flexibility to adapt to situations with unpredictable demands. Present invention uses specially formed plastic strips with
multiple interlocking arrangements along edges, which can be helically wound into a circular containment structure of desired
diameter and height. This containment system, together with thin plastic flexible sheet liner, can be used for temporary storage of
water and food grains. Transportation is easy as the strips can be spooled. Also, the installation does not require skilled labor,
specialized equipments or complex machinery.

The present invention is a maritime vessel propulsion syst«irwllTi the capability of fulfilling a ships propulsion energy needs by
means of the combustion of hydrogen gas which has been produced by the electrolysis of sea water. The vessel initially attains a
minimum required velocity and the entrances of the twin turbine canals are opened resulting in the rotation of the horizontal turbines
due to the force of the water alongside the moving vessel. These turbines are in turn connected to D.O Generators and upon the
rotation of the turbines, electric current is produced. The current so produced is passed through sea water in an electrolysis chamber
resulting in the liberation of hydrogen and oxygen gases which form a highly combustible mixture which is removed and transported
to the engine for propulsion, the by product of electrolysis is Sodium Hypochlorite which is removed and can be marketed due to its
strong bleaching action. Gradually a stage of critical renewability is reached wherein the ship moves forward by means of the
oxyhydrogen fuel produced and its forward motion results in the rotation of the turbines resulting in the production of electric current
which is again passed through sea water to produce more fuel which again results in forward motion. Hence a self renewing cycle is
produced which makes the enabled vessel completely self sufficient with zero energy input needed.

That the present invention relates to an auxiliary acupressure and thermal therapy cushion, which works together with 3 ball projector.
Acupressure and thermal therapy cushion support anus of the body and takes acupressure and thermal therapy to anus side. This
invention has been made in view of how to use & connect 3 ball projector easily without affecting any part of the body, while sitting
on it and performing acupressure and thermal therapy. In this invention we have used a high quality PU foam material with its
hardness 15±3 KGF and density 50 to 55 Kg per cubic meter, to make it more comfortable, while using it on anus part of the body.
Present invention is made with high quality PU foam material and PU leather, this invention works together with 3 ball projector by
fixing it inside the rear part of the invention, to take thermal therapy. The Present invention is designed in such a way that body
pressure is to be distributed properly on it and will be uniform throughout the cushion and comfortable during acupressure & thermal
therapy.

control the temperature simple and convenient heat control system is provided. In the present invention while designing and
manufacturing a special care is taken, to fix the positions of all subassemblies like placing and layout for Temperature sensor
assembly, Heater wire assembly, Thermostat and Connector pins assembly by using heater fabric. After soldering at connector pins, to
prevent from any shock, by using special glue. Upon use of the present invention, there are advantages in that the user does not need
to take an uncomfortable posture for receiving a thermal therapy on the body.

A conveying device for a woven bag making machine is revealed. The conveying device includes two corresponding shafts, two
vertically-moved power sources arranged on two ends of the shaft for moving the shaft vertically, and a rotating power source

applied to send woven bags in different sizes. Moreover, during the transportation, the woven bags are not damaged or broken easily.
