Our Methodology of PowerPoint Design: We match design to purpose. Whatever the focus of your presentation--technical, business, sales, motivational--we keep the text, images, and colors consistent for your main objective We keep it simple by cutting the clutter. Slides are supposed to compliment what the speaker is saying, not used as a crutch. White space is good, lots of text is bad. You want your audience focused on the presenter, not reading long passages in the slide. We ’re innovative and highly creative, pushing boundaries when appropriate, yet keenly aware of the purpose of the slide.
It ’s all about bringing words and graphics together to convey a message. Some firms will create a design that ’s independent of the message. We work differently. We first take a look at who your audience is and what you are trying to convey. Then, once we have an initial approach, our designers and writers work COLLABORATIVELY to produce the deliverable.

With full program execution, we have the experience and knowledge to launch programs both small and large. One of our largest programs consisted of 168 deliverables that was launched 6 weeks after the Key Messages and Objectives document was created. Our program KMO’s are the blue print for a program that incorporates the messaging as well as the tactics and how the different tactics work together to meet the program objectives to the different audiences. The Second. These programs are only possible because of the strategic collaboration and creative brainstorming between Interamark and our clients.
Aruba came to us with hundreds of PowerPoint slides—some needed varying degrees of polish and enhancement, while some needed to be completely reconceptualized and rebuilt. Over the years, the company’s presentations had lost cohesion, both visually and thematically. Individual slides had many disparate design elements and hard-to-digest blocks of copy. Our goal was to simplify and unify, ensuring that each slide concisely told its own story, and while in the context of other slides, conveyed the greater Aruba story at large. The first important step was coming up with a new, clean foundation—one that merged two of the client’s key concerns: 1) finding a modern, fluid design that more accurately reflected Aruba’s brand, and 2) developing a template that acknowledged that the company did not have the budget to redo every single slide in the Aruba repertoire and allowed for existing slides to be easily dropped into the new design. After that, we began working on some of the key slides (slides that were used across multiple presentations to frame the Aruba story), which meant we started to develop the core design elements of the new, redefined brand. And we also began to really flesh out the new look and feel.
Before flowing this design into the remaining slides, we looked at each slide critically from a content perspective, too, fine-tuning copy and tightening messaging. Moving forward, Aruba now has a unique, fresh set of slideware and design elements to deliver their story consistently across the board.
