When you think of innovation in business or the innovative company
there is no better example than Apple.
They have fostered a culture of innovation that has led them to
remarkable profits and the creation of world changing products.
According to the CEO of Apple Tim Cook, “it’s never been
stronger”(referencing the culture of innovation).
He even went as far as to say “it’s in the DNA of the company”. There is
no specific formula but there are factors that can be copied to produce
great success for your company.

Taking the culture of innovation and breaking it down into the basic
components that Apple possesses results with two very simple
concepts unrivaled skills and unique leadership.
Some of the skills are industry specific consisting of software and
hardware, but the other skill that they excel in can be applied to any
business and is their amazing customer service.
Creating a great user experience is the core element that drives the
whole innovative organization and the innovative culture helps them to
exceed all expectations.

By focusing on the user experience and driving all of the decisions from
this place Apple is able to create some of the most coveted products on
the planet.
Investing all of its resources back into the innovation process allows
Apple to “really cause magic” as Cook puts it. But this takes an
understanding that creativity and innovation are not the cheapest
ventures and by their nature they are extremely inefficient with
resources, but they are extremely valuable for long term success.
Creating a brand that can synonymous with innovation takes time and
money, but its rewards are unparalleled as Apple can attest.
For the nuts and bolts accountant type manager this style of leadership
is incomprehensible and is unfortunately crippling the transition to
innovation that would help companies become more competitive.

The incredible thing about creativity and innovation is that there are
seemingly no limits to success that they create.
Even as Apple is positioned as the market leader and one of the most
successful companies they are spending a record amount of resources
on innovation to ensure its future success and increase the value of this
company.
They recognize that the market for smartphones is far from saturated
and they are poised to capture even more market share moving forward
which will be successfully accomplished by their culture of innovation.

similar devices with their own unique delivery, Apple is using its culture

In the last few years they have been able to go from a few hundred
million in revenue to over 13 billion in China alone.
